After the September date on Tuesday the 4th @ 7.30pm when we will have a talk on Street Theatre In Southampton : ‘IT WILL BE ALRIGHT ON THE NIGHT’ with Jill Waltham Chase History GroupDaniels speaking (Jill takes part in Street Theatre In Southampton – re-enacting local historical events in and around the streets of Southampton. She will be looking at some of the characters in these events on the night), we will have a VISIT TO CHAWTON HOUSE LIBRARY & GROUNDS  (Admission Free – Open Day) on Saturday 8th September 10am – lunchtime. Transport will be arranged for all who want to come leaving the Methodist church car park at 9am – please contact Steve Bridge (0798 2020 517) by the 5th September if you would like to join us on the trip.

Then on Tuesday 2nd October, we will have a talk on ‘HAMPSHIRE HOGS & HANGINGS’ with Steve Harris speaking.

If any of this interests you, please come to Waltham Chase Methodist Church in Curdridge Lane for the evening meetings at 7.30pm. There is plenty of car parking at the rear of the church or one can easily access the church on foot from the front entrance. Admission is £2.50, which includes tea or coffee and biscuits. Everyone is very welcome to our meetings – no joining fee, just pay at the door when you choose to come. We look forward to seeing you. Come along and discover more. We meet on the first Tuesday evening of every month (except August and January).
