This is a light-hearted evening, so take this opportunity to strut your stuff. You will not be competing with anyone; just entertaining the residents of Shedfield Parish and having a fun evening.

‘The Pentathlon’ * (all-in-one races – separate events for primary boys; primary girls; secondary boys; secondary girls) (on track of six lanes from 12.30pm to 1.30pm including heats)
- Hoop hopping
- Bean bag throwing
- Sack jumping
- Obstacle course
- Egg and torch race to the finish
‘The Dash’ *-: sprints (at 3.30pm) separate events for primary boys; primary girls; secondary boys; secondary girls; adult men; adult women
‘Beat the Goalie’ (sudden death penalty shoot-out – open to all on the day)
‘Tug of War’ (teams from Waltham Chase, Shedfield, Shirrell Heath compete)
‘The Chase’ – distance run around ‘The Triangle’ @ 5.15pm
* Pre-event registration is recommended for the Pentathlon and the Dash. Limited spaces available on the day, book before to ensure participation in the Games of a lifetime! All-comers welcome to run in ‘The Chase’ at the Triangle to close the sports events in the finale taking place at 5.15pm.
