Clubhouse Lane, Ashley Gardens and many other roads in Waltham Chase and the other two villages only have soakaways, and do not have their surface water drain away into the public sewer.
If this is the case for your house you may be able to reduce your annual sewerage bill. Contact Southern Water and tell them about it. It means a reduction of £22 on your bill.
